王飞,汉族,河南陕县人。2001年郑州大学物理学专业本科毕业,2005年郑州大学凝聚态物理专业硕士毕业,2005-2008年在中国科学院半导体研究所攻读博士学位,获理学博士学位。2008年7月到郑州大学物理工程学院工作至今。
从事材料特性模拟、纳米摩擦和半导体掺杂等方面的研究工作,主持完成国家自然科学基金项目一项,在研国家自然科学基金青年项目一项,主持在研河南省自然科学基金一项。参与国家自然科学基金3项,省部级科学基金多项。在Appl. Phys. Lett,Physical Review B等国际重要刊物上发表SCI论文40余篇;其中第一、第二作者SCI收录15篇。
从事基础理论课程的教学研究,先后承担本科生《大学物理》、《计算物理》、《热力学与统计物理学》、《电动力学》、《Linux》,和研究生《计算物理》等课程教学。参与河南省“物理专业主干课程教学团队”一项。
