1.个人经历:
单崇新:1999年本科毕业于武汉大学,2004年博士毕业于中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所。2004到2008年先后在香港中文大学和英国诺丁汉大学进行博士后研究。2008回国年入选中科院“百人计划”,并于2013年结题时被评为“优秀”,2014年获批国家杰出青年基金项目。
2.研究方向:
近年来一直在从事氧化锌基宽禁带半导体光电材料与器件研究工作。目前主要研究兴趣为:氧化锌基紫外探测器、随机激光、以及发光器件研究,金刚石薄膜制备及其光电器件研究等。
3.代表性成果:
截止到2015年9月,共发表SCI 论文150余篇,所发论文共被SCI 他人引用2000 余次,与他人合著英文专著3 部。获吉林省自然科学一等奖、吉林省科技进步一等奖、吉林省自然科学学术成果二等奖、长白青年科技奖特优奖、徐叙瑢发光学优秀青年论文一等奖、吉林省优秀海外归国人员等科技奖励和荣誉,入选吉林省拔尖创新人才和吉林省中青年科技创新领军人才。曾承担国家重点基础研究计划子课题、国家自然科学基金项目、中科院重大科研装备研制项目、吉林省科技发展计划等项目。
