个人简历
戎均康,1979-1986年本科、硕士毕业于浙江大学(原浙农大)农学系;1986年7月留校任教,1989年被评为讲师,1991年5月破格晋升为副教授,1993年开始享受国务院特殊津贴;1994-1999年就读于以色列Weizmann科学院并获得理学博士学位;1999年6月起在美国University of Georgia从事博士后研究及工作近10年;2008年获浙江省政府“钱江学者”特聘教授引进到浙江农林大学;2011年获浙江省“千人计划”特聘专家。现任“浙江省农产品品质改良技术研究重点实验室”主任,浙江农林大学农学学科带头人,国际著名杂志PLOS ONE和国内《植物生理学学报》编委。曾任Crop Science副主编,现任美国作物学会委员;浙江省作物学会副理事长,常务理事;国家植物基因研究中心(上海)理事会理事;浙江省农学会理事。国家科技进步奖和重大专项评审专家。长期致力于作物分子遗传育种和基因组学研究,获省部级科技成果奖4项(三项主持),在Nature、Genome Research、Genetics、Heredity、BMC Plant Biology和Theoretical and Applied Genetics 等国际一流刊物上发表SCI论文30余篇,被同行引用达2000余次。
研究领域
棉花纤维生长发育调控机理研究:
棉纤维是由胚珠外表皮单细胞分化、突起、伸长和脱水成熟形成的。纤维细胞的起始和伸长决定棉花纤维的产量和品质。本实验室主要以棉花各种纤维突变体为研究材料,通过群体构建、遗传作图、图位克隆、植物转基因、分子生物学功能验证等技术,对突变体基因进行定位、克隆,并对它们调控表皮细胞分化、突起、伸长等生命现象的分子基础开展系统研究,重点解析候选基因相关的信号转导和调控网络,全面阐明调控棉纤维生长发育的分子机理,为丰富植物细胞生长发育的理论基础,充分利用棉花自身的基因资源,提高棉纤维产量和改良棉纤维品质奠定基础。
野生小麦优良基因挖掘与应用:本研究以从以色列引进的两套普通六倍体小麦-野生二粒小麦染色体臂置换系为材料,在大田和实验室对各置换系材料进行抗性、生物学特性、产量性状、品质等方面进行鉴定,发掘野生二粒小麦的优良农艺性状和基因。在此基础上通过常规杂交,分子生物学和细胞遗传学技术,筛选在普通小麦遗传背景下携带有个别不同小片段野生二粒小麦染色体的导入系。同时利用带有优良性状的染色体臂置换系创制作图群体,通过遗传作图定位相关的QTL,利用现有的小麦全基因组序列资源开发新标记对候选基因进行精细定位,最终克隆该基因并揭示其相关的调控网络。
