个人简介
吴文武 男,1983年01月,生物信息学博士,教授。
研究方向
研究主要涉及基因转录和调控、选择性剪接、基因家族和生物演化等。
现阶段,主要利用生物信息学手段,基于生物大数据对基因组、调控组和转录组等各组学进行研究,尝试对生物表型下(如抗逆)的分子机制进行多层次多维度的解析
