熊志华

熊志华,男,博士,教授研究方向:半导体光电子材料、器件和物理研究1996年进入江西科技师范大学工作,现为江西省光电子与通信重点实验室负责人。先后入选江西省物理学会常务理事,江西省光学学会常务理事,江西省高校中青年骨干教师、江西省高校中青年学科带头人、江西省青年科学家培养计划,中组部西部之光访问学者和江西省百千万人才工程人选。主持承担国家自然科学基金、国家科技部等国家级项目4项、省自然科学基金项目、省科技支撑计划等省级课题10余项。在Phys.Rev.B, Scripta Mate., Nanoscale, J. Appl. Phys., Appl. Surf. Sci., Phys.Lett.A.等国际权威刊物上发表SCI& EI论文70余篇,论文被国内外同行正面引用600余次。授权专利14件。研究成果获奖励多次:江西省高校科技成果二等奖(2011年)、江西省高校科技成果三等奖(2009年)和江西省自然科学三等奖(2008年)。
