李丽清，女，（1977.10——），江西萍乡人，中共党员，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院博士后。主要研究方向：系统工程与系统动力学，卫生政策与管理。中国系统工程学会医药卫生系统工程专业委员会常务委员；中华医学会社会医学分会青年委员。2007年获南昌大学管理学硕士学位，研究方向为：系统工程与系统动力学，2010年获南昌大学管理学博士学位，研究方向为：管理工程与工业工程，在攻读博士学位期间及参加工作以来，长期从事用系统工程中的研究理论与方法应用于卫生政策与管理研究，并于2012年在华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院进行博士后工作研究，研究方向为：卫生政策与管理。将管理科学与工程中的系统工程理论与方法，系统动力学方法，复杂系统分析等方法应用到卫生事业管理中进行交叉研究。近年来发表相关的学术论文三十多篇，SCI论文一篇（影响因子3.3分）；学术专著两部：《医院竞争力评价及策略生成与效果实施仿真研究》和《系统动力学与社区卫生服务未来发展预测》；主持卫生管理与政策方面的国家自然科学基金项目两项，主持全国博士后特别资助项目一项，主持系统工程与卫生管理方面的省级项目八项，参与国家自科与国家社科等项目五项，并排名均为第二，第三。
