,近五年科研成果总结介绍
目前主要从事食品预测微生物、微生物风险评估的研究和电位水的杀菌研究。擅长的研究方向是食品安全、食品杀菌剂、食品微生物及微生物风险评估。目前担任《Journal of Food Hygiene and Safety》编委,《International Journal of Food Microbiology》《Journal of Food Science》《Journal of Food Biochemistry》《食品科学》《现代食品科技》《食品工业科技》《中国食品卫生杂志》《食品安全质量检测学报》等国内外学术期刊审稿人,教育部科技发展中心《中国科技论文在线》特聘评审专家,青岛市科技特派员。近年来在国内外核心期刊发表学术论文40余篇,其中在国际SCI 收录英文期刊Frontiers in Microbiology, Foodborne Pathogens and Disease, Journal of Food Protection, Journal of Food Safety, Food Control, RSC Advances, Journal of Food Science, Food Science and Biotechnology等学术期刊上发表了风险评估、微生物建模研究及微生物分子生物学检测技术相关论文28篇。获实用新型专利授权1项,软件著作权授权1项,临沂第十三届自然科学优秀学术成果一等奖1项。
