Welcome   to Kefei Chen's Homepage

1982年和1985年在西北电讯工程学院分别获得应用数学学士、硕士学位，1994年在德国Justus-Liebig-University Giessen获得博士学位。1982年至1990年在西北电讯工程学院/西安电子科技大学应用数学系和信息保密研究所工作，1996年至2012年上海交通大学计算机科学与工程系任教授博导，2013年3月起全职加盟杭州师范大学任数学系教授。

主要社会兼职有中国密码学会常务理事、中国密码学会学术工作委员会主任，《密码学报》、《软件学报》、《计算机学报》，《计算机科学与探索》、Journal of Information Technology and   Society等学术期刊编委，信息安全国家重点实验室的学术委员会委员。另外，曾担任国家自然科学基金委员会第十届、第十一届专家评审组专家。

担任本科生课程《信息论基础》、研究生课程《数论及其应用（伪随机序列设计与分析）》主讲

科研情况

主要方向为密码理论与应用、网络与信息安全技术、编码理论。作为第3完成人曾获国家自然科学四等奖，国家教委科技进步二、三等奖，陕西省科技进步二等奖。近几年主要承担的科研项目包括国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、面上项目6项、国家863计划项目5项，发表学术论文200多篇，编撰学术著作9部。
