教育研究经历:
山东滨州医学院2004届临床医学本科毕业,2010年获安徽医科大学医学博士学位,从2010至2014,在加拿大麦吉尔大学(McGill University)从事人类遗传学Research Fellow。2015年入选第十一批国家“千人计划”青年专家。
个人专长:
利用生物信息学手段对遗传学大数据进行分析。基因型推演(Genotype imputation)技术,和二代测序大数据分析包的建立。 熟悉各种生物统计软件的应用和编程。获得国家执业医师资格证书,熟练掌握常见皮肤病性病的诊疗。
主要研究方向和学术贡献:
一直致力于复杂疾病易感基因的遗传学研究。首次应用全基因组关联分析方法在中国汉族人群中发现系统性红斑狼疮多个易感基因;与新加坡国立基因组研究所合作发现中国从南到北各个省份汉族人遗传结构;应用meta分析和全基因组关联分析的方法,联合美国哈佛医学院,英国伦敦国王学院和布里斯托尔大学,澳大利亚布里斯班大学,首次发现高加索人群腕部骨质疏松,骨折和骨厚度的易感基因;参与英国万人基因组计划(UK10K project, http://www.uk10k.org/),做为骨疾病项目的主要负责人,全面挖掘影响骨质密度的罕见变异。
主要学术成绩:
先后在Nature、Nature Genetics、American Journal of Human Genetics、PLoS Genetics和Journal of Medical Genetics等SCI杂志发表第一作者和通讯作者论文18篇(其中通讯作者7篇),在New England Journal Medicine,Nature和Nature Review Genetics等SCI杂志发表共同作者论文21篇,累计影响因子470.8(其中第一作者和通讯作者129.3),平均影响因子12.1,论文累计引用次数在Google Scholar数据库中为2546次。受邀编写美国Nova出版社出版的英文专著《Dermatology Research Advances》的“Research Strategies for Genetic Skin Disease”章节(独立作者)。受BoneKEy杂志特邀写关于骨质疏松罕见变异的评论文章,受Expert Reviews in Molecular Medicine杂志和Nature Review Genetics邀请写关于骨质疏松遗传学研究综述,受《中华内分泌代谢杂志》邀请书写骨质疏松遗传学专题。受美国人类遗传学年会和欧洲钙化组织学会邀请做大会报告。为SCI收录杂志Int J Epidemiol,J Med Genet,J Invest Dermotol和PLoS One等14多个杂志的长期审稿人,和美国人类遗传学国际会议审稿人。
科研项目:
主持加拿大国立卫生研究院博士后基金1项(2010--2013),国家自然科学基金1项(2016--2018),高层次留学回国人员在杭创业创新项目1项(2016)。以主要骨干参加国家重点基础研究计划(973 计划)1项(2014--2018),和13项国家自然科学基金。
