于肖夏.中共党员，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。农学院作物遗传育种教研室。1985年6月生，内蒙古呼和浩特市人。主要从事马铃薯与饲用作物遗传育种方面的研究工作。

2014.4-至今， 内蒙古农业大学农学院，作物遗传育种教研室从事教学与科研工作。

教学工作：

主讲本科生课程“遗传学”、“分子生物学”；研究生课程“作物生物技术”、“作物遗传育种新技术”。

1.主持国家自然科学基金-地区项目：四倍体杂交冰草超密度分子遗传连锁图谱构建及蛋白质含量和产量性状QTL定位，2017.01-2020.12，39万。

2.主持内蒙古自治区高等学校“青年科技英才支持计划”项目，2018.01-2019.12，20万。

3. 主持内蒙古自然科学基金-面上项目：彩色马铃薯高花青素含量SSR标记开发及其新品系分子标记辅助选育，2018.01-2020.12，3万。
