目前，国际教育学院有专职教师超20名。所有教师均为海外名校硕士及以上学历，有多年海外留学和从业经验。在课堂上，严格按照海外院校教学理念和要求，并充分兼顾学生语言能力和教学目标，调整外语教学的难度，保证教学效果，提升学生学习信心。在课下，为学生提供一对一课后学业支持，为学生提供学习指导、留学经验分享、专业选择建议等，帮助学生提升学习效果，助力学生未来发展。
