肖七林，男，1980年8月生，湖北襄阳人，博士，硕士生导师。1999/09–2003/06，就读于江汉石油学院石油工程系，2003/09–2006/06就读于中国地质大学（武汉）资源学院石油系，2006/09–2009/06获中国科学院广州地球化学研究所地球化学专业博士学位。2009年6月博士毕业于中国科学院广州地球化学研究所，随后进入中国地质大学（武汉）地质资源与地质工程博士后流动站从事相关科学研究，2010年1月至2011年5月于美国俄克拉荷马大学（University of Oklahoma）从事非常规致密气和页岩气等方面研究工作。2012年1月博士后出站，随即进入长江大学地球环境与水资源学院工作至今。E-mail：qilinxiao@cug.edu.cn。

先后主讲《Basin Modeling》和《非常规油气地质》，目前主持基础研究科研项目5项，其中，国家级项目2项，省部级项目3项。参与多项国家级、省部级重要基础研究课题，主要包括国家自然科学基金项目和国家油气重大专项等。主要研究领域：油气地球化学，油气成藏动力学，非常规油气地质-地球化学。在原油次生蚀变定量表征、有机-无机相互作用、含油气系统表征与模拟和非常规油气地质-地球化学研究等方面进行了卓有成效的研究工作。迄今，以第一作者身份在国内外本学科主流刊物和重要学术会议上发表研究论文16篇。其中，SCI论文6篇，EI论文3篇，中文核心期刊论文4篇。获湖北省自然科学二等奖一项。
